I have studied and applied the Wim Hof Method and similar breathwork techniques for many years now, and I am very familiar with the benefits that can be gained by following a consistent practice of the method.

I have studied with Wim Hof during one of his winter expeditions in Poland, and I am also a Certified Wim Hof Method Instructor. I am qualified to help you experience and gain a better understanding of the method, and to understand the scientific underpinning that supports the activities.

Some examples of what I offer

  • Learn the background and technique of the WHM, 4 - 5 hours including lunch.

  • A two day experience including accommodation and meals - breathing sessions, ice bath, back to nature, and cold exposure.

  • 1 hour - to all day sessions with lunch - as required.

  • Item description1 - 2 hours per week with an ice bath

  • 1 - 2 hours learn the basic WHM breathing exercise.

  • One to One session for personal support - 2 - 3 hours plus as required
